Our initiative hopes to empower young people to become active contributors to civic life and public policy. We aim to increase civic literacy, political awareness, and meaningful engagement through accessible tools, community-informed programs, and a commitment to justice, equity, and impact over ideology.
Who We Are
​YPT was established with the core belief that youths today are key stakeholders of the present who are capable of influencing politics, shaping policy, and redefining the civic life of tomorrow.​
Together, this youth-led initiative mobilized to form a national movement built on the values of education, empowerment, and engagement.

Education
YPT focuses on strengthening civic literacy through hands-on, nonpartisan initiatives that promote youth representation at all levels of governance in both virtual and in-person efforts.

Empowerment
YPT is committed to piloting youth policymaking initiatives in schools and communities. We encourage youth to establish policy-based clubs and support them in creating policy recommendations.

Engagement
YPT emphasizes the need to institutionalize youth advisory roles within school boards and local governments and recognizes the importance of embedding youth voices in decision-making spaces.
